Week 1 NurtiSystem Update

Hey Loves,
I officially completed my 1st week of NutriSystem. I set my own personal goal of losing 6 pounds. Sadly I’ve only lost 4 pounds. I know, I know, I know some of you are like 4 pounds, that’s great! But I am a bit bummed that I’m 2 pounds shy of my own personal goal. Which means I have some work to do this week. I do think this week may be a little easier with weight lose because last week mother nature decided to rear her ugly head (time of the month) and I’m always ultra bloated during those days. I know TMI…bare with me ya’ll lol
Overall the 1st week went well in terms of me sticking with the meals and the plan for the week. I got all my water in every day, I worked out 5 days last week. I just need to keep it up for this week. I’m setting another personal goal of 5 pounds for this week. Hopefully I can actually reach that this week. 
Also for this week, I’m giving myself a personal goal of drinking 1 gallon of water a day. For some that sounds like a lot. But as a part of the Nutrisystem program, I’m suppose to be drinking 64 ounces a day. Last week I was drinking about 100 ounces day with no problem. A gallon is 128 ounces, so only an extra 28 ounces a day shouldn’t too hard. I was able to get through a gallon today without a problem, so I think I cam make it for the rest of the week.
Truthfully, I’m starting to see the effects of drinking so much water, I’m in the bathroom ALL THE TIME, and all the toxins with my body are coming out through my skin. This is definitely the ugly side of drinking so much water. I know I just have to get over this hump of break outs and I should be good.
I am looking forward to embarking on this 2nd week of Nutrisystem. This should be good. I know this was but “raw” but this process is also about being honest with you guys about what I’m going through while doing this program.
