I’ve been in a little bit of a fall fringe mood lately. When I went to hang out with Lane Bryant the other day, I threw this outfit together last minute, but instantly fell in love without it all came together. For me, fringe in the fall is always right. I have to thank my homegirl Kelly of KellyAugustine.com for this fringe jacket. She was cleaning out her closet and I took a look at some of the things she was giving away, and I had a BALL! Let’s take a look.
This fringe jacket is from Elvi, and I am in love. It’s lightweight but kept me warm in this chilly night time weather. I love that I can wear it open or wear it closed with the belt. And of course, the fringe at the bottom just made it all the better.
I paired the jacket with simple black leggings from Lysse. I actually got these from Dia & Co. in one of my Dia boxes. (If you aren’t familiar with Dia & Co. Check them out here) Lysse leggings can be a bit pricey, but they are some of the BEST leggings I’ve worn. Especially for plus size women, they are great options. They last long, wear well, wash well, and aren’t see through. So if you choose to wear them with a tunic, you don’t have to worry about everyone seeing your draws lol.
For my shoes, I actually went back & forth with what I should wear. But ultimately I settle with this knee high boots from Full Beauty. These have been a staple in my fall/winter wardrobe since I bought them last year. They are perfect for those ladies who are looking for wide calf boots. I know if you have at least a 19-inch calf, these will fit you. I have a 17-inch calf, and I CONSTANTLY pulling them up on. They are also perfect for those who don’t like a heel that is too high. These are perfect to wear for a few hours on end. Definitely a purchase I’ll never regret.
