You find an item in your closet that you never wore (for whatever reason) but when you finally do wear it, you don’t want to take it off? That’s my total vibe with this coat from Simply Be. About a year or so ago, I had a chance to shift through some samples from Simply Be. I came home with 2 bags worth of clothes. I’ve since worn most of the clothes, but this jacket ended up deep in my closet. The other day I decided to throw it on AND GIRL!!! I try to wear it with every outfit. I love a good plus size statement coat because you can never go wrong. Let’s check out my look.
This coat is from the Anna Scholz collection for Simply Be and it is glorious. I feel all levels of chic in this coat. The color took a bit for me to get use to because the orange can be overbearing. But when I put it on, it fit so well that I could totally overlook the color.
I’ve paired this coat with this Fashion to Figure jumpsuit. This is actually one of my favorite Fashion to Figure jumpsuits. Mainly because it’s long enough to give me the look that I desire from jumpsuits. Typically I don’t do wide leg jumpsuits because if it’s short, it’s quite visible. But I’m obsessed with how this one fit me. I do believe this one is sold out. However, Vince Camuto has a jumpsuit that looks just like this one. Shop for it here.
For my shoes, I’ve been wearing this pumps also from Fashion to Figure. I love this shoes because I’ve been able to wear them through multiple seasons. If you recall my Fall Shoe Lookbook on my Youtube Channel, these were one of my favorites. These pumps fit perfectly with the jumpsuit, and they’re surprisingly very comfortable.
