Hey Loves,
I’m back from an awesome weekend in Miami with Miami Curves Weekend. I had the awesome opportunity to stay the beautiful Marseilles Hotel Miami. I went i knew for sure I was heading to Miami, naturally I looked up the Marsielle to see what they had to offer, and i have to say, I was not disappointed with my stay. Read on to find out why you should stay at the Marsielles Hotel Miami, especially if looking for simple luxury.
What I enjoyed about the Marseilles Hotel, is it’s simplicity. The room was very simple, not to many bells and whistles which allowed me to still feel somewhat luxurious, but if I spent a lot of time out of my room, I didn’t feel bad that I didn’t get to experience the entire room. The staff was beyond accommodating; from making sure I had a roll way bed for my room, to finding out great spots to eat, to holding on to my bags until 2am in the morning even though I already checked out. Even if a request could not be met, they made sure to exhaust all options. That for me is customer service. We don’t always get what we want or what we ask for, but I will always appreciate when someone actually does their best to meet my needs.
I loved waked up to the bright natural light that flooded my room. I couldn’t help but roll from one end of the this plush queen size bed to the other end. I enjoyed sitting up with a drink (because…Miami) while watching SVU re-runs before heading out to start my day.
The bathroom was simple, nothing to grand about it, but being that it matched the simplistic theme of the room, I can’t complain at all. It was clean, I had fresh towels, and I was able to lose myself in the shower, that is what I need in hotel bathrooms.
If you’re spending time out of your room, the lobby of the Marsielles Hotel does not disappoint. Complimented with an interesting mix of 70’s and boheimian décor, you’ll find yourself wanting to sit in the lobby and people watch. Or wanting to have breakfast, lunch or dinner by the bar.
Of course going to Miami, means you insist on being in or near water. The pool at the Marsielles Hotel is what stole my heart. It allows for a lot of swimming and of course tanning. However, what really tickled my fancy was the lounge area just pass the pool. I was over the moon for the large Connect 4.
My words or my pictures most certainly don’t do the hotel any justice. I highly suggest you check it out for yourself for your next trip to Miami. In my opinion the Marsielles Hotel is perfect for someone who is looking to just get away to Miami and be on their own. Their rooms are cozy and quite intimate. You can make a quick run to the pool, lounge out, indulge in their open bar by the pool in the evening, skip to the beach for a couple hours, come back head to naked taco for dinner and still enjoy Miami night life.

Staff at the Marsielles Hotel Miami were kind enough to upgrade my room to an ocean view room in exchange for this post, however all thoughts and words are my own.
