Plus Size Vacation Looks

Plus size vacation looks

Hey Loves,

I am fresh off my amazing cruise with Royal Caribbean. To say it was amazing, is an understatement. I was setting sail for 3 days for my best friend’s 30th birthday. I knew I was wanted to be cool and stylish while on board and I have to say I’ve pretty proud of myself for not over packing but still super cute. Check out all of my plus size vacation looks below.

Boarding Friday afternoon I wore this harem jumpsuit from Forever 21. It was perfection. It was light weight and easy to wear. It was hassle free moving around the ship for the first time. It was easy to step into and put on. the material was very light so it works really well with the humidity. If you’ve ever been on a cruise, you know how overwhelming those first couple of hours on the ship can be. Oh and I can’t forget, it has pockets!!!

Saturday morning we made our way to our first stop. Being out in the middle of the ocean I wanted something that was easy and breezy. I had this Shein tiered mini dress in my closet and I was so happy to FINALLY have a reason to wear. The material is very light so the be careful if the wind is blowing a little too hard. I didn’t mind it so much because I had a bathing suit underneath.

I paired the dress with this beautiful blue headwrap from Fanm Djamn. If you’re looking for quality headwraps, be sure to check out Famn Djamn, you will NOT be disappointed. I found these super cute red sandals from Rainbow for only $10 and they became my go-to sandals for my entire trip.

Saturday night for dinner I opted for the amazing tall girl friendly plus size maxi dress from plus size independent designer Christian Omenshun. I bought this dress back in July when I attend TCF Style Expo and I’ve been dying to wear this dress.

The print is super fun and the cut of the dress is perfect for any vacation. I love the neckline; it’s easily adjustable. It’s long enough for my 6’0 frame. Christian Omeshun caters to us plus size tall girls, so be sure to check them out, you won’t be disappointed. Oh it’s black owned!!!! Total win.

For our second port of call on Sunday we stopped in Nassau, Bahamas. I packed one of my favorite Shein Maxi Dresses. I did a YouTube try on haul that featured this dress and I wore it a few times over the summer. I fell in love with this dress because it was long enough for me and I liked that the back was out. It super sexy but fun and perfect for walking the streets of Nassau and letting the wind catch the skirt.

I had a blast on my cruise with Royal Caribbean. I can’t wait to go back. I packed precisely for each day and I wore everything I packed. GO ME!!!! Be sure to check out my Royal Caribbean Cruise review. See you in my next post.

xoxo,

Shay
