For the past few months I have teamed up with my favorite Loc hair salon. If you follow me on Instagram you know just how much I love NappStar. Co-owner Annette Roche has been kind enough to team up with ATGC to create some fun loc styles. So for this post we wanted to create 3 easy unisex loc styles . These looks are perfect for either you or your favorite guy in your life.
The 1st look was cornrows. I haven’t worn cornrows in a VERY long time. These braids made me feel so 90’s. To complete the look, I threw on my huge hoop earrings and it pulled the look together just how I envisioned. Depending on the amount of locs, you can decide how many braids you want to have.
The 2nd look was a 1/2 up, 1/2 down look. This is usually my go-to look when I’m feeling lazy because I know it always work. Annette incorporated a simple fish tail to add a little pizzaz. If I wanted to, I have the option to braid or curl the locs that are hanging down.
The 3rd loc style is a mohawk. I love to go all out with my locs sometimes. To pull this look together, Annette she put my hair in 3 ponytails, then tied my locs as if you were tying shoelaces. This look was very much in your face and made a statement.
