Harper & Liv...3 Looks

11:13 AM

Hey Loves,

A while back I posted pics from the new plus size line called Harper & Liv. I was totally in love with the line when I saw the lookbook. It was right up my alley. So when the awesome folks over at Harper & Liv sent me some pieces to try out, I was all too happy. I love that they sent me 3 VERY versatile pieces. I immediately started thinking of multiple ways to style what I was given. So for this post, I styled their Engineer print Kimono, Embroidered Crochet Mesh Tank & Distressed Cropped Jeans in 3 different looks; Casual, Office Ready & Festival Prints!

For my casual look I wanted to use all 3 pieces sent to me. And they paired PERFECTLY together. Crochet top is see through, so I did add a nude cami underneath. The distressed jeans are COMFORTABLE!!!! I mean they fit like magic. They have good stretch, but not too much to the point where they loose its shape. And let's be honest, this kimono is just everything. Need I say more?!?!? The bag is from J. Jill & will be available in stores in August.

I very rarely do work wear outfits because my job doesn't always require to me to be this polished. But I know a lot of you out there want to be professional but still the stylish women that you are. I took the same Crochet top (with the cami underneath) paired it with my favorite black pencil skirt from Igigi & my trusty black blazer that I got from Torrid. This blazer is soooooo clutch, I've had it since college, and is literally the best.

For my last look, which I think is my favorite, I wanted to just be all about prints. I received this palm tree print pants from J. Jill in the mail the other day, & immediately was obsessed with them. J. Jill does extend sizes up to I believe 26. These pants are available up to a size 4x. I wanted to be daring with putting 2 heavy prints together & it worked out perfectly.  For a top I went for a simple white mini tube top from Fashion to Figure. This could totally be worn to a something like AfroPunk, or at music festival this summer.
