Plaid and Knee High Boots

Who doesn't love a plaid cardigan? Like can we talk about it?! You all know (or should know) that I'm a huge fan of J.Jill. They do carry plus sizes up to 4x as well as size 26. And for my young ladies, J.Jill is no longer a place for just our mothers. We can certainly find quality pieces in store that is very much age appropriate.

This look I actually wore while I was in Vegas, because when I went it was quite chilly. For me it's the perfect casual cute look. The cardigan is EVERYTHING! It is quite heavy so it's perfect for chilly days. It doesn't have belt loops but it doesn't fly all over the place leaving you looking crazy. And it has pockets! So you know my heart is content.

I paired the cardigan with my favorite turtle neck from Target. Turtlenecks are definitely a staple for me this time of year. I've worn this turtleneck into the GROUND. It goes with everything in my closet (well almost everything) I paired with with my favorite skinny jeans from Fashion to Figure. Yes I'm rocking these knee high boots from FullBeauty. I wore these in my last post, mainly because they are freakin awesome! The heel is low enough to make them a great everyday boot. Yes for the thick calf girls these will fit you. For me they are a bit big, BUUUUUT that's okay because I'm making them work.

Of course I had to add my favorite fringe bag from Catherines. This bag most certainly has been a go-to for me this season. And to be honest I don't see that changing anytime soon!
