12 Days of Holiday Outfits; Be Regal

Hey Loves,

It’s day 7 of my 12 Days of Holiday Outfits & thought I’d tone it down a bit. For this look I thought about those that may be going to a more “formal” holiday gathering. One where your hem line should be a bit closer to the floor. I also wanted to show that you can still be sexy, feminine & flirty, but still dressed & appropriate for the setting that you may be in.

I couldn’t wait to wear this top. I never use to wear Karen Kane, but this top just called to me. And the price tag of only $17 didn’t hurt either. (oh how I love to shop on sale!) I also bought it in navy blue, be on the look out for that. I love the draping of the top, it pairs perfectly with skirts, especially when tucked in. It’s light & flowy but not see through. Total win!

I’m absolutely in love with this skirt from Michael Kors. It’s a very basic jersey material which means it is SUPER comfortable. I love the hi-low hem, and the skirt can also be worn as a dress. (so be prepared to see this dress again when it gets warm)
