Over The Knee Boots; Cool Tones|Style Diary

The other day me and the guy were heading out to a surprise dinner with a few friends. Know that I like to look nice when going out but not wanting to overdue it, I knew simple chic look was a must. Having just got my taupe over the knee boots from Fashion to Figure in the mail, I had the perfect look in mind.

Trench: Simply Be (similar)| Top: Lane Bryant| Leggings: Catherines| Boots: FTF

I found this top while looking through the clearance section of Lane Bryant. At first I wasn’t really wowed, but then I actually tried it on and I knew it had to come home with me. I like that it’s slightly sheer, and it flows so well. It perfectly over this simple black leggings from Catherines. If you’re looking for great basic leggings, check out my Fave Basic Leggings post.

I am clearly head over heels (pun intended) for this daisy over the knee boots from Fashion to Figure. I was stalking their website since September waiting for this boots to become available. I featured these boots in black & red in my fall lookbook video on my youtube channel. They really are awesome boots.

To be honest, these boots are GREAT for anyone with wide calves. My calves literally drown in these boots. Only having a 17 calf, I had to keep pulling these boots up. But for the shot they are 100% worth every penny. I highly recommend these boots. Heya this is kind of of off topic but I was wondering if blogs use WYSIWYG editors or if you have to manually code with HTML. I’m starting a blog soon but have no coding know-how so I wanted to get advice from someone with experience. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
