I can literally smell spring coming around the corner. Per usual this Jersey weather is all types of crazy.  I am waiting to wear blush and, pastel colors and start wearing less. So for this post I had the awesome chance to partner with the folks over at Macy’s to put together a spring-ready outfit. Here in Jersey that transition into spring is so funny. It’ll be chilly in the morning, warm in the afternoon then cold again at night. You never really know what to expect. Let’s take a look.

I went for this simple, casual spring look. With this blush draped front jacket from INC International Concepts (exclusive to Macy’s) When I saw it online, I knew it would be the perfect addition to my closet.

To pair with the jacket, I wanted to wear a good pair of jeans. These white jeans from Nanette By Nantette Lepore Plus (exclusively at Macy’s) are just perfect. I would say be sure to get your correct size. They may be a bit tight at first, but they contour to your body nicely after awhile. I love the slit at the knee, (on me it’s above my knee…but you get the point). For us tall girls, the length isn’t the best, but it’s spring, so just cuff them and you’re good to go.

I opted for a simple black tank top also from INC International Concepts (exclusive to Macy’s) It’s a nice contrast to the light colors of the jacket and jeans. It’s a real basic that I know I’ll get tons of use out of.
