It has been circulating around the blog-o-sphere, the fashion collaboration between plus size retailer Lane Bryant and international fashion designer Isabel Toledo. I was so grateful to have received an invite to the runway show that took place here in NY at the Seagram Building. Having seen the promotional shots I was eager to see the full line. All I can say about this Isabel Toledo line, it is AMAZING! I'm sure as you look at some of the looks below, you'll totally agree with me.
She had my attention the moment the show started. From the 1st look I knew this line would be unlike any other we are use to seeing in the plus industry. A beautiful color palette, a plethora of fabrics and styles to flatter the curvy/plus size figure.
When this came down the runway I couldn't contain myself.

The attention to detail and the use of print was breathtaking. A lot of the pieces had a hint of surprise

I can honestly Isabel Toledo has truly created something fantastic with Lane Bryant. It has been a long time since I've seen a plus line that is constructed so well, on trend, & is versatile enough to fit different body types. Isabel Toledo has really allowed her passion and creativity to shine through in this collection. I feel honored that I was able to see it person.
What are your thoughts on this Isabel Toledo line? Until next time loves.
