Back in October My guy and I made a quick 48 hour trip to Miami. We were celebrating our 3rd anniversary as a couple and we always like to go away. For our anniversary we headed south to South Beach. Having never been to Miami before I was so ready to kick back and unwind. We stayed at The Sagamore Hotel; Miami’s Artsy Hotel. and I have to say, for my first time in Miami, The Sagamore Hotel set a really high bar.The moment you walk into the lobby you’re met by the amazing staff offer some ice cold water to cool you down. Because that Miami heat is NO JOKE. You’re lead into an open an inviting lobby area that features quite a few pieces of artwork that is nothing short of a conversation pieces. The lobby is very modern, chic and very much matches Miami’s upscale vibes.
Our room was very spacious a little on minimalist side, but very comfortable. We didn’t have a balcony room however they are available and offers AMAZING views of the ocean.
The living room area allowed for us to relax and kick back and watch the presidential debate while sipping on a complimentary bottle of wine sent up by hotel management. Management was informed that it was our anniversary weekend and they made sure that upon our return from dinner our wine was waiting for us.
As you walk around the hotel you will find a number of different murals along the walls is some of the most interesting areas of the hotel. Next to each mural, you will find all the information regarding the artist.
What caught my eye immediately walking through the hotel lobby and ground floor of the hotel is the breathtaking artwork. On Friday nights tourist and Miami residents are welcome to stop by The Sagamore for a little bit of wine and view artwork from local artist. Below are just a FEW of my favorites.
The pool area screams pure luxury; quiet, access to a bar and literally a few steps from Miami’s white sand beach!
All in all my 48 hours in Miami was beyond fabulous. Staying at The Sagamore Hotel was just what we need. A comfortable place to stay with access to everything the South Beach has to offer. I for sure see myself staying here again. The next time you’re in Miami, be sure to check out The Sagamore Hotel, whether it’s to actually stay or to stop by to view some beautiful artwork. See you in my next post.

Had a total blast
This is beautiful. Glad you you enjoyed yourself!! I must visit one day.
Oh, this is lovely. I’ll definitely look into it when I go.
The artwork is truly mesmerizing!! You captured it so well with the photos. I definitely would have wanted to stay longer than two days. Did you have enough time to still get out and sightsee? I would have been looking at artwork all day and night. Lol
