Ya girl is feeling herself with this outfit. It has been HOT here in Jersey…like I rather be naked than have on clothes hot. However, seeing as how that’s illegal I have to put on clothes that are breathable but also cute. This simple summer look features an off the shoulder top, which is all the rage this summer and these really great Jessica Simpson shorts from Gwynnie Bee.This embroidered off the shoulder top from Charlotte Russe, I featured in my Plus Size Fashion Haul on my YouTube channel. I love this top. It’s comfortable and so chic. I know I can get TONS of wear out of this dress which is something I look for with my clothing these days. The neckline stays put, I love the bell sleeves, and I love the open back.
I typically prefer dresses and skirts in the summer time, because I hate having my legs covered when it’s hot out. However, sometimes I want to switch it up, so I do like to wear shorts. But finding a good pair of shorts is not always easy to find. Which is why I love these Jessica Simpson shorts. They have great stretch and super comfortable. I did size up because her stuff tends to run a little on the small side, but other than that I love how these shorts fit. My thighs are look delicious lol (if I do say so myself)
I pair this look with these cute red sandals I bought on Amazon. I wore this in my 4th of July outfit. These babies are super cute and the go up to a size 12. I typically wear an 11, but because these types of sandals tend to run small, I went with the size 12’s. I love that they’re super chic but actually really comfortable. The good this is, if you don’t like red, these sandals come in tons of other colors, you can shop them here.
My bag is another Amazon find. This t-shirt & jeans bag is super cute and goes with tons of outfits. I love the round handles and how easy it is to wear it with the shoulder strap. And it’s under $30!
