You may or may not know that I have a real love for eyeshadow palettes. I love collecting eyeshadow palettes, because I love to experiment with eyeshadows. But most of all I love palettes that are affordable. Enter…Measureable Difference. I teamed up with Measurable Difference to talk about some fun products I purchased from them recently. One of them being their Refine & Define Eyeshadow & Highlight Palette. The palette has 9 eyeshadow shades and 3 highlight shades and retails for $12. Not to bad if you ask me. As girl that is on a budget, finding Affordable Makeup with Measurable Difference keeps my wallet happy.
I’ve used this palette quite a few times because of the fall inspired shades within the Refine & Define palette; beautiful oranges, golds & browns. Fall being one of my favorite seasons, I need my makeup to match. 6 of the 9 eyeshadow shades are shimmer and working perfectly when applied dry or wet. The 3 remaining eyeshadow shades are matte shades. I like them, although I do wish they had a slightly more pigmentation, particularly the brown matte shades.
I find the pigmentation to be better when I apply with a wet brush. However I’ve also had great pigmentation with just using my finger.
The lipstick shade is also from Measurable Difference. This muted brown shade is titled Opera, and is clearly brown girl friendly. Their matte lipsticks are not super drying, which I like. However, I do find them to be a little on the sticky side once they dry down. It’s not terrible, just something I noticed. There matte lipsticks retail for about $6, not to bad either.
There you have it loves. I highly suggest giving Measurable Difference and chance, if you’re looking for quality affordable makeup options. You can shop some of my favorites from their site, right here. Happy Shopping and I’ll see you in my next post.
